COVID 19 Response

We are so happy to be open and providing services again as of June 11th, 2020. In doing our part to keep our guests and staff safe we have a handful of new procedures in place:

  • Masks are required upon entering the building and throughout your entire service. For this reason we are currently unable to provide facial waxing, with the exception of brow waxes. Our staff are also wearing masks at all times.
  • Check-in for appointments currently looks a little bit different. We are not offering seating in our boutique or salon at this time so we ask that you remain in your car when you arrive for a scheduled appointment. Our staff will reach out to you at your scheduled start time to coordinate meeting you at the door to welcome you in. If you happen to be early for your appointment feel free to give us a call and if we are able to serve you earlier than you are scheduled we will be happy to do so. When our staff meet you at the door we will have you complete a screening and consent form before entering the spa and will be taking your temperature with a non-contact thermometer.
  • Guests, including children, will not be permitted to attend appointments and must remain in the car.
  • We are only accepting card payments at this time. We are unable to accept cash payments or provide change for cash tips.
  • Our sauna and relaxation sanctuary are currently closed. If you are receiving a facial or massage, we will have you change for your service directly in your treatment room.

We ask that anyone visiting our business self screen for COVID 19 symptoms prior to arriving. Your body temperature should be under 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Other symptoms could include cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches or new loss of taste or smell. Out of an abundance of caution for our staff and guests we are unable to provide services for anyone experiencing these symptoms or who has been in close contact within anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID 19 or experienced any of these symptoms. If you have been exposed we ask that you reschedule your appointment to a future date.
